Workshop | 1:00-1:45 PM | Anastasia Coppola, Grief and Salt Ritual This workshop includes grounding practices and journaling with prompts about the current path of grief you are walking. Participants will set an intention for your grief journey, and infuse the intention, with group support, into a mixture of herbs and bath salt. Complete the ritual by returning to your intention at home and taking a bath using the salts. All supplies provided!

We'll explore the idea of ancestral lineage and how our ancestors might influence our lives. Through guided reflection and a simple honoring ritual, you'll have the opportunity to begin acknowledging and connecting with your ancestral heritage. No prior experience or specific beliefs are required, just an open mind and a curious heart.
